We provide you with the forms and instructions needed to apply for your Florida marriage license through the mail. The marriage license can be used anywhere in the state of Florida and is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Residents of countries other than the United States also can use this service, however, those countries without notary public service are not eligible.
